Online Store + Offline Store Integration

Dawayo membership points are earned only in the online store, and the accumulated points can be used at both the online store and our offline shop in Düsseldorf.

  • Online Store: Earn points based on your membership level when you purchase products after logging in, and use your accumulated points.

  • Offline Store: While points cannot be earned in-store, you may use points accumulated via the online store.

  • How to use points in-store: When paying, please provide the name or email address you registered with upon signing up to our staff. Once your account and point balance are verified, you can use your points.

VIP Membership Levels & Benefits

Dawayo operates a total of 6 membership levels. As your level increases, you will enjoy higher point accrual rates and special benefits.

Detailed Membership Level Benefits

Customer – Standard Member

  • The base level assigned upon sign-up

  • 1% point accrual on purchase amounts

  • Applicable for use at the online and offline stores

Bronze – Bronze Member

  • Upgrade Criteria: 200 Points

  • 2% point accrual on purchase amounts

  • Higher accrual benefit than Customer level

Silver – Silver Member

  • Upgrade Criteria: 500 Points

  • 3% point accrual on purchase amounts

  • Higher accrual benefit than Bronze level

Gold – Gold Member

  • Upgrade Criteria: €400 in Purchases

  • 4% point accrual on purchase amounts

  • Higher accrual benefit than Silver level

VIP – VIP Member

  • Applied upon reaching VIP status

  • 5% point accrual on purchase amounts

  • Free shipping benefit within Germany

VVIP – VVIP Member

  • Applied upon reaching VVIP status

  • 5% point accrual on purchase amounts

  • Free shipping benefit within Germany

Point Accrual and Usage Guide

  • Point accrual rates are based on your current membership level.

  • Accumulated points can be checked in your Dawayo account.

  • You can use the same membership account for both our online and offline stores.

  • To use points in-store, please present your Dawayo member QR code before payment.
