저는 서울식, 젓갈 덜 들어간 걸 좋아해서 큰 맘먹고 5Kg짜리 구매했어요. 포장도 굉장히 튼튼하게 잘 되어 왔고, 봉투 열자마자 한 입 먹었는데..와~제 입에 너무 잘 맛고, 독일남편도 너무 잘 먹어요. 맛있다~맛있다~하면서 먹네요. ㅎㅎ 아무래도 계속 구매 할 듯 싶어요. 저는 매운걸 잘 못먹어서 저에겐 딱 이구요, 아이들에게도 좋을 것 같아요. 그룬슐레 딸아이도 아침에 흰밥에 김치 먹고 학교 가네요.ㅎㅎ 계속 판매하시면 너무 감사할 것 같아요!!

우리식구 도 김치는 젓갈 적게 든 시원한 맛 좋아하는 편이라 서울식 김치가 더 맛있어서 이번에 입고된 김치 두번 구매했고 세번째 와서 평가 남깁니다. 아저씨도 파는 김치중에 이렇게 신선한 김치 첨 먹어본다면서 잘 드셔요. 중국에서 온다면 물류만 한달넘어 필요할껀데 이케 햇김치맛을 보존햇다는게 참 신기해요. 근데 딸애는 내가 담근것보다 달다고 투정부리는데 단맛 좀 줄이면 더 좋겠다는 바람이 있어요. 하여간 추천해요 👍

포장이 아주 잘 되어서왔네요. 여러 제품 고민하다 구매해봤는데 아삭한 새 김장김치 느낌에 담백한 맛이 상당히 괜찮네요. 진한 젓갈맛 대신 깔끔하고 시원한 김치 좋아하는 타입이라면 추천해요. 자극적이지 않아서 아이들도 잘 먹었어요. 맛만 고르게 유지된다면 계속 재주문할 의사 있습니다.

Well, it’s came without Surasang box like on picture..
So i don’t know it’s Surasang brand or just homemade Kimchi, since it’s came only with brown box, few layers of plastic, ice and thermo bag. My note is ‘refund’ when the order ‘out of stock’…
But, the kimchi is taste very good and fresh, taste like when i ate in Korean restaurants.

I’m impressed with the packing that improved, 1st order only using cool/warm bag, 2nd order with styrofoam and better ice bag.

Good morning. What bothers me with this kimchi is the Zitronensäure E330 which is supposed to cause cancer… big problem, yes or no…? Even though the kimchi is very good…!!! Gerard

Citric acid is not carcinogenic. If it would be carcinogenic, all our cells would be transferred to cancer cells, as citric acid is present in all cells near to the DNA (genetic code). Contrary, citric acid is one of the most safe additives that are being used in the food industry. It is completely safe (although not pleasant) to eat 100 gram in a single dose. If citric acid has anything to do with cancer, is that it has anti-carcinogenic properties…

Hello, this is IT-Manager again. Additives such as E621, E627, E631 are kind of MSG. So these are ingredients to enhance the taste.
In the case of “Jongga poggi Kimchi”, as it is expensive, the taste is enhanced through natural ingredients and aging.
As this product is produced in large quantities, some additives are added to enhance the taste.
