Point/Membership

A. In order to use the points and membership system, an account registered as a member is required, and points and membership are automatically deleted when you withdraw.

B. Points are calculated as “100 points = 1 EUR“, and points have a validity period of 2 year from the point of accumulation ( when using points, there may be a slight difference in amount depending on the decimal point calculation )

C. Points can be earned through product purchase, product evaluation. When purchasing a product, 1~5% of the payment amount is accrued depending on the grade, and 10 points equivalent to 0.1 EUR per case are accrued when completing a product evaluation.

D. Bronze, Silver and Gold corresponding to the general membership level are valid for 3 months from the time of obtaining the level, and VIP and VVIP corresponding to the special membership level are valid for 6 months from the time of obtaining the level.

E. The new point system will be applied from 8:00 am on January 29, 2021, and the rating system will be applied from February 1, 2021 ( As of February 15, 2024, the conversion basis for 1 euro has changed from 50 points to 100 points. Points acquired prior to this date have been doubled )

Q1. When determining the membership level, is the total amount of payment for multiple orders calculated? Or do you calculate the payment amount for a single order?

A1. We calculate the amount of payment for a “single order”. For example, customer A who placed an order of 50 EUR 4 times and customer B who placed an order of 200 EUR just 1 time would have the same total payment of 200 EUR – but only customer B can achieve the Silver membership.
