Delivery Area/Price

A. The process of packaging the product and handing it over to the delivery company is called “shipping”, and the process of taking the product and delivering it to the customer is called “delivery”. Our company’s employees are in charge of the “shipping”. From the “delivery”, the staff of the delivery company is in charge.
B. “Shipping date” is calculated as “business days” based on “shipment date” rather than “order date”. Therefore, legally specified holidays and public holidays in the region where you live are not included in the calculation.
C. Insulation materials such as dry ice and ice are used to preserve the quality, but refrigerated/frozen products are likely to deteriorate if they spend the weekend in a transport truck or warehouse. Therefore, we do not ship orders containing these items on Thursdays and Fridays ( however, if you are close to Düsseldorf and delivery is available before the weekend, we will contact you in advance )
D. Standard delivery and express delivery differ in “Delivery Speed” and “Delivery Stage”. Express delivery is faster than standard delivery, and delivery steps are recorded in more detail. Product shipments are processed in the order in which they are placed, so choosing Express Shipping does not make shipping faster.
E. Depending on the delivery method and whether you order a refrigerated/frozen package, the solution policy will be different in case of problems. Please check the “Shipping/Quality Policy” page for more details.
Germany ( UPS delivery )
UPS shipping costs are calculated based on a total product weight of 25-30 kg.
For additional requests for UPS Access Point delivery, shipping costs are calculated based on a final packaging weight of 25 kg (product + box + cooling agents, etc.)

The shipping costs are based on the total weight of all products, set at 25 kg.
Only instant and dry food types, excluding refrigerated/frozen products, can be delivered through UPS due to delivery time and distance ( if you order refrigerated/frozen products, you are deemed to have agreed to the disclaimer regarding product quality )
